We offer non-sagging, thermal-resistant doped tungsten wires developed for sputtering coils.

Advantages

W41: The microstructure of W41 wires is so controlled that coils made of W31 wires are not easily deformed or broken. The grain sizes and shapes of secondary re-crystallization structure of W41 wires are also controlled to reduce impurities that may appear at grain boundaries so that high performance is ensured.
