Molybdenum machined parts

Molybdenum machined parts

Outline

Molybdenum has a melting point as high as 2600°C. Molybdenum is a high-temperature material with excellent machinability. We offer heaters, furnace boats, heating chambers for high-temperature furnaces, reflectors, protecting tubes, nozzles and so forth. We offer molybdenum plate "M80" that has excellent heat-resistant properties and does not show significant deformation even after a long period of high-temperature use. Molybdenum plate "M80" is applied to furnace parts for baking metallic compounds and ceramics.

Applications

Molybdenum plates and sheets

Molybdenum plates and sheets are made of pure molybdenum (M10) material. They are mainly used for electronic tube parts, furnace parts such as shield plates, plate heaters, furnace boats and structural support components. They are also used for semiconductor substrate handling parts.
Please refer to another catalogue to find molybdenum for high-temperature furnace parts.
