Please ask questions with the consent of the following parties.
- Customers' private information will be available for giving information and answers to the customers' questions.
- Customers' private information may also be used by our group companies and subcontractors within the scope of customers' asking questions.
- Customers can ask for the disclosing, updating and deleting of the customer's own private information. If necessary, please contact our Inquiries receptionist.
- Answers may not always be sent by e-mail. Other correspondence media than e-mail may be used, depending of the contents of the inquiry. Therefore, please note that it will be difficult for us to give punctual answers if the customer's private information is not correct.

- Customers under the age of 16 require their parent's permission to make inquires.
- Please note that answers to questions arriving on Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, New Year holidays and our company holidays will be given on the days following the subsequent working day.
